Cooking as an expression of love is something I learned at an early age from my grandmothers. Nothing makes me happier than putting a smile on the faces of those that I cook for. I am a self-proclaimed menu planning nerd and I love building flavors with each dish. After almost a decade as a photojournalist, I was looking for a new creative outlet. After deciding to go to culinary school, I quickly realized that becoming a personal chef was the perfect path for me.
When I step into your kitchen, you can be confident that a classically trained chef will be cooking made-from-scratch meals with the freshest, whole ingredients I can find. You will enjoy meals that are equally nutritious and delicious, made to your liking.
I am often asked what my specialty is. My only specialty is cooking real food from whole ingredients. I cook the highest quality food with integrity whether it be comfort food, restrictive diets, allergy-related diets or cuisines from around the world. I have worked hard to make myself a versatile, well-rounded chef, so that I will be able to adapt to your unique needs. I also love to bake!
